If he’s that weak, why did Lee only do 6 months for robbery in 2016? The majority of John Lee Cowell’s short jail stint was spent in the 5-star wing. He had sense enough to escape the crime scene. He was arrested at Pleasant Hill Station, 20 miles away from MacArthur. John pushed through all his mental hospital stints for the strong prescription drugs, mashed potatoes, gravy, and fried chicken.
While doctors evaluate John Lee Cowell’s mental state, we can’t help but evaluate ours. Why are we wasting time, and tax payer money, on a child murderer? What if John Lee Cowell walks free by reason of insanity?

The claim is seeking that BART institute a program called the Nia Wilson Crime Statistics Notice, displaying crime data for the last four years at each BART station, including in the parking lots, platforms and on cars. It’s also seeking that BART implement safety measures and staffing policies
